I have applied for Easy Money CC and then applied for Balance Transfer (BT). I have tried to contact the customer care before applying but I couldn’t reach them. Also, I was on hold for about 50 mins (1 hour also). Hence, applied through online without reading the terms and conditions.
Post the bill generation only, I came to know that this both facilities are fake. They are charging 3.35% for retail transactions. Even if I pay my amount they will consider for BT only. They do tell about some priorities for our paying amount. But they are not displaying this message on main screen which is in small font in Terms & Conditions.
Friends, dont go for this facility. They have charged the hidden cost as Rs. 2500 overall. Attractive offer but we are the loser. If we contact customer care, they are all telling the same thing, I am going to cancel this credit card.
Please read the T&C carefully. They are cheaters, frauds - no words to say about their service. VVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVVV worst card.
