SBI and Tata Credit Cards are junk, these guys falsely promised me about no fees for card and 1000 Rs Gift Voucher from Tata outlets. They told there will be no credit card fees and I will be getting 1000 Rs Gift voucher. But when I received the card there are no such things and I am charged for the credit card also. Both TATA and SBI are complete fraud. Beware of them.
When I called the customer card, I have to hold for so much time, and they will not even take my complaint. They told that there can be such offer earlier, but now it is not valid and they can’t take any action against the agent filling the forms and telling lies.
Not only the agent is fraud, but the whole company is fraud, because I got so many verification calls and I confirmed the same offer with lots of these guys. They all told me the same lie.
