SBI Card recovery agent verbaly abused me

I’m Suraj and this is what I have to say about SBI cards.Wanted to warn you all people using a Credit card, never ever dare to use a SBI Credit card. Basically this is a GE card who took help of SBI to market it just cause no one wanted to use it.


Their recovery agents who call from delhi/gurgaon use abusive language. I know that I’m not the one who experienced this. What I did was I recored the call on my cell phone and emailed it to


head.sbicards@ge.com This email goes to Mr. Ajay Bharti (AVP-Customer care).


The person who called me and used abusive language was Ashok Rajput, thats what he said his name is and the number he was calling from is 01130589490.


Below is the list of people I spoke with dialing 39020202.

Sumeet (Customer service agent)


Munmun (Customer service agent)


Prerna (Customer service agent)


Nikita (Customer service agent)


Perminder Kaur (Floor Supervisor)

Some of the Reference numbers I got from SBI.I have forwarded the recording to Ajay Bharti and just today confirmed with Perminder Kaur that she received it.So far I can say that SBI customer care (39020202) do not have any co-ordination with the Recovery agents.


The main purpose of writing this is "Can any one tell me what legal actions I can take against Abusive SBI recovery agents". We can form a group of similar people to take action against SBI credit cards. I am ready to put my time and money doing this.
