I am using SBI credit card since last 1 year, but I am totally disappointed with the service of SBI credit card service provider.
Since I received this card I face many issue like not working at the time of online payment, frequently system down and the worst experience with customer care executive. I have not received proper answer from customer care executive and after many complain the issue wont be resolve form their end. still I am using only because of no annual charges are there and good credit limit.
