I was having a credit card of SBI. Initially they promised to have a 45 day interest free period. I started using the card. Hardly I shopped for 25, 000 when I got a bill of 29, 535.26 within the interest free period. When I enquired they said that interest has been calculated and no free period exists in actual. I called up the agent who had promised me these things. He assured me to help and he changed his number. in the next bill cycle I received an outstanding amount of 46, 990.00. I met the Bucket Manager and he approached for a one time settlement where I had to pay 42.336.05 within 2 days. I approached a lawyer and in the mean time they used to call to my landline and talk all slang and rubbish with my parents. They even did not spare me with the slangs and all bullshit. I charged them with a case at the district court but the recovery agents reached my home and started all slang loudly outside my home. When I enquired I found that the managers were under graduates and were promoted from door collection agents. What can u expect from under graduates. All I can say is GE Money is having all employees as under-graduates who dont know how to talk. Am even in a doubt that they know to sign their names or not.
Please friends never try having a SBI Credit Card in ur pocket. Not only me, Hundreds around me are suffering here in Bhubaneswar, Orissa. GE Money is a BITTLE SHOP where you hear all slangs.
