BEWARE: Most Horrible & Terrible Customer Support. Do not go for SBI card ever. The customer support has been an awful experience for me every time I had call 39020202. The minimum waiting period is 30 to 45 minutes. And the best part is after that someone comes up to wish you and after you explain the issue, the person simply hangs up the call! Can you believe this?
They make fools out of you and guess what you feel like banging the phone. Automated Feedback System never shows up to rate the call. It’s a big joke. SBI card customer care is a BIG BIG LOSER.
