SBI card is the one of the worst card in the world, after applying for the card I had never received any statement, after giving a follow up by calling @ thier call center that also at Gurgaon as mumbai customer service 39202020 never seems to work.
And finally after 3 months I had received a statement and to my surprise I came to know that they had charged me the Insurance premium for a cover of 6 lacs which was never informed to me and never send me ne policy docs further I was shocked to c the over due amount of Rs 3200 /- which was informed me as late fees charges and purchase done on it for which I had never done.
In addition to this when I called up @ customer care and ask for clarification that hopeless customer service rep started threatning me to pay the amount or else we know how to recover and not finished by this they started to send thier Wasuli walah at my office and started threatning finally I ended up paying them the money without ne reason and cancelled my card bcoz I didn’t have the time to fight with them.
But again to my surprise I received a statement from them for the payment of Rs 100 /- when I called them to knw the details I was been informed that was the cheque collection fees charged to me for the person who had came to collect the cheque from me as I had not asked them to send the person to me and I was decided to make the payment.
Can any one advice or help me how to get out of this?
