SBI Card Customer care services are the worst customer services I have ever seen.
I am trying to update my mobile No from last 6 months. I have called and logged 4-5 Compliant but still I did not get success.
Finally I had to escalate it to Nodal Official but it is almost 2 months even they are not able to resolve the issue.
Finally They have updated my mobile No in "Residence Number " Section.
Again I have logged complaint to Nodal Official Now they have Updated my Mobile Number in My Office Number Section.
It is the height of unprofessionalism. They do not know what to do.
God Help me. I am going to surrender this Card Soon.
