SBI Card representatives were too good to have sold this card, they can canvase for any political party. They would not send statements correctly to the address mentioned, and worst they say they cannot take extension numbers and add it to the address.
They also have goondas in their fold, who will have little brain that they will threaten people at home giving wrong names and use foul language that I cannot write here as it is sooo offensive and abusive. if reported to manager he would defend them and will cooly says please return the card. You cannot expect even a slightest gesture that marketing manager would try to give to any ordinary customer.
This was a horrifying expereince and having paid all these dues they send statement with some dues. and say that this card is not valid until its paid. Its not worth havinf that single star in the product rating.
