I have used this SBI gold card, when I went to USA I swiped the card for three dollars and as my stay exteneded I had no one back home for me to pay here.
I came to chennai when I saw the bill its 1200 when I enquired the customer care, they said I have to 150 ( actual amount) late payment fee for first month 350 and another fee 700 so totally is 1200 for just 3 dollars;
Can any one tell me should I take this issue to the consumer court?I want to close this card!!! the customer care agent was the worst one what customer service means. So I wouldn’t recommend any one to use this sbi card.
Its has lots of atms but there is no cheque drop box in any atms its available only in a very few. So I have to talk the brachneces in and around my area
