I finally got the card after a lot of residential and work place checks
I guess all the banks have become paranoid considering the number of frauds being perpetuated
on a daily basis
Iam using this card quite frequently and apart from just a couple of occasions when I literally flew off the handle their support was quite satisfactory
Just a couple of months back I misplaced my card and rang them up immediately and asked them to block the card.
I initially thought all these PSU banks will have this "chalta hai attitude"
but to my surprise the card was blocked immediately and my request for a replacement card was approved and I received the card in 7 days time
I had my heart in my mouth till I received the new one because I was worried that my card may be misused
I chose this particular one in the hope of getting some points redeemed in lieu of money
spent on retail purchases
So far I havent done so but hope they keep their promise or else they may say
"The offer is now withdrawn"
One bad thing though is that their website is down every now and then for some or the other kind of maintenance work
I would have really appreciated if they could send the statements on time as well, though right now I receive regular alerts on my mobile and I check my statement every 3 days or so
