I have been using this credit card for more than a year and i like to share my experience with sbi credit card to you guys.
Advantages:
Good response from customer care and prompt reply while contacting them.
They will take action against your complaints immediately if your complaints are reasonable.
No hidden charges found found while comparing to other banks and its straight forward.
Prompt mails for e-bills are received immediately after billing date.
For royal sundaram insurance they will call you after your approval only they will detect money from your credit and they will call you once again for confirmation before crediting amount from your credit account.
Easy emi options with less service charges. Sbi is having its own stability comparing other banks as it dosent offers credit cards to most of the people.
Disadvantages:
Appliying and getting sbi credit card is a difficult process.
You have to make payment atleast three working days before due date of every month so it will get cleared and reflected in your account.
Tips:
- Make payment atleast three working days before due date of every month
To avoid late fee.
- If you found any improper transactions found in your statement you may contact customer care immediately and if it is reasonable suddenly customer care will revert that problem for you.
