That’s how I see this SBI moniker. Right from beginning to actually using the card-- it is a harrowing
and pathetic experience. I can’t even decide where to being the list of woes from-- The biggest problem
is over all convinience which is lacking in epic proportions.
Most of the time SBI debit/credit cards do not work properly and frequent access updates are needed.
The card was marketed with many fake and untrue promises. Strage? or is it the DSA’s fault?
Usability isn’t smooth and prompt-- You need to run to an ATM to pay CCbills !. No other options.
Those bonus point offers are not good enough too. So many other Cards have truck loads of features.
5.I also have serious doubts about how that insuarnce thing would actually work out.
I really wonder how SBI plans to take on the global giants who can atleast boast of quality customer
service and efficiency. I’m not saying there are the occasional snags. But will anyone say they are not
up to it? SBI in my opinion surely isn’t up to it. No wonder many of the people I know have refuted
the SBI Crdit card venture, albiet after finding out how it was!
Verditc? Well I cut mine into pieces and sent it back to boot camp!
