I got the SBI credit card made because of certain schemes they had for frequent Train travellers and frequent fliers.But instead of gettings the benefits I am disappointed to say that Credit card department is ruining all the good will STATE BANK OF INDIA had earned over the years.
MY EXPERIENCE USING SBI CREDIT CARDS : **SBI credit cards are a nightmare for a customer who relies on the monthly billing and payment thing as they are not interested in sending the monthly bills. I have requested them , mailed, spoken to all regarding this but till date have not received a single bill.
Only way out is you have to keep a track yourself about the billing cycles, bill date , minimum amount due and other outsatndings because SBI is not bothered to give any info.
Only way out is check it on line, but to my surprize the systems had lot of wrong enteries in my name , I had to speak for 25 minutes to the customer care executive to get the false enteries deleted.
I keep on checking the statement online twice a week , and everytime I find is a new entry (wrong) punched in my account.The process of speaking to the Customer care and getting it deleted starts again.It is very disappointing and the reason the executives give is there was some problem in the system and the enteries got wrongly punched I AM AFRAID what would be happening to the other customers who are not keeping regular checks and find the statement with all theconfusions.
CHEQUE DROP AT SBI ATM: Very surprizing for a bank like SBI not to provide a simple facility like credit card payment cheque drop at SBI bank ATMs. Very foolish of us to opt for credit card for which you have to go bank hunting for credit card payments.
Compere this with the services other credit cards are providing like cheque pick up and ATM drop facility. SBI Cards. stone age

SBI Credit cards Good for nothing ....................so thanks for nothing.
