My experience with SBI card is not different from what was posted by Mr.Mahesh.
I was given a promise of 1Lakh or more as my limit but ended with a Rs.10000 card. I got a BT cheque for Rs.7800 (requested amt was Rs.22000), which I never used and in fact returned to them. From the day I got the card (late Nov) I have been calling SBI to cancel the card. Nothing was listened to.
The irritating aspect is that everytime the customer support agent would promise to do something but they never do it. When you call again you talk to a new person - new promises (which will never be kept). In between their claims people harass you like anything. They have my cell number but they seldom call me in that. They always call my home number during middle of working week and harass my parents stating that your son owes us Rs. 8000 and odd.
I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THIS CREDIT CARD AND IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I WOULD NEVER ADVICE ANYBODY TO SIGNUP FOR SBI CARD.
