SBI executive promise that if I purchase goods worth 1000 Rs in 1st 10 days I will get 125 Rs discount on my yearly fees, so I purchased and paid by cheque to bank.
Now they have send me annual fees without discount. When I called the person, he is explaining me rewards point logic and after 60 days I will get reward, then I can en-cash it. But their reward points en-cashing technique is very poor and if you want to buy any gift again, you have to pay huge money to them.
