First thing the person receiving your application will not let you fill the form and ask you to simply sign where ever she says.( I do not know how far they will fill it correctly, so better fill yourself). Second thing is you will have to wait for 21 days to know status of application.
If rejected they will keep silent (they won’t inform you by any means unless you call back) and simply say" according to credit rules your application is rejected and apply after 6 months!"
I have S B account with them for last 5 years with SBI and I am gazetted officer with salary around 40000 and I produced all the documents they asked several tomes, still my application got rejected with out saying any thing and nobody answers why it is rejected...
