I own a SBI Credit card for almost 2 years now. Everytime I call up the toll free/toll nos. on the card, either it is not answered(bell keeps on ringing) OR line disconnects immediately.
You can not clarify on bill details, payment status, etc .Only have to wait till the statement is generated or internet log-in.Makes one feel irritated for not being able to reach out to someone who needs to clarify why you are being overcharged/ statement status as of date, etc.
As a result, discontinued using it and will clear the outstandings soon to close my card.
