Hi all,
PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THIS CARD. They have messed up my payments and instead of apologizing, they are giving me a traumatised torture by called me 15 times a day on my cell phone, residence and my office number.
I have taken a flexipay amount on loan and tried to clear it all by paying the lumpsum 6 months down the line. Instead of taking the payment for that, they have taken it as excess credit on card. Even after settling ths issue 3 times with customer care, they keep calling me everywhere alomost 15 times a day for almost a month.
It has become a trauma for me............
