Customer service is worst & untrustworthy . Never use SBI credit card. If you dont get any issues then you are lucky.If you get any problem with bill or card is stolen customer service will not help. Its better not to buy it.Not only me, many of my colleagues faced problem with SBI.One of my friend haven’t got credit card at all but they are asking him to pay annual .If you don’t pay they will report it in CIBIL credit score instead of solving the problem.
