I dont know why SBI even opened a Credit Card division.
First . It is not aligned with their banking division. They see it as two very different businesses with no link whatsover
This is evident from the fact that SBI card payments are not accepted at SBI atms! But you got to drop it at stores which collect them(like Mobile payments). I missed out my last day due to this as I was searching for the place to drop my check!
Along with late payment penalty they even put a hefty finance charge for the entire month even if your cheque is delayed by 2 days!
Also There are 2 total amounts due shown on my card. Every month I have to call up the Company and ask what am I supposed to pay.
One transaction of mine was converted to EMI without my knowledge. If that was not enough, even when the original transaction was reversed back, the EMI still continues. !
MY REQUEST TO SBI CARD HOLDERS . CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT CAREFULLY and EVEN TOTAL THE NUMBERS!
