This is actually a GE credit card. Most ople take this card thinking it is a SBI card hence they can trust it. . However this is the worst card in the history of credit cards. Firstly you will never get a hard copy bill, you pretty much have to track it yourself. Secondly it’s phone support is worse than ICICI( yes it’s possiable!) Thirdly if you have a problem and the phone support cant solve it you CAN NOT go to a SBI bank for since it is an entirely differnt division.
Sending statement via email is also something this company cannot manege. There help ine is always busy. Even though you will be promised a lifetime free card they will bill you with a annual statement every year.
They will also sell the information you give while filling up the form to third party telephone sales people who will call you at odd times.
