I lost hope on brand SBI after taking this credit card. I thought they dont cheat like MNC bans with hidden charges. So when I applied for card they mentioned that annual fee of Rs.500 will be charged but it can be reversed after 2 months when we get 2000 points in account. But when I called after 2 months they credited on Rs.500 and not the service tax of Rs.69.98.
Then on petrol, they started charging surcharge and then reversing it but not its tax again. So every time I end up filling petrol for Rs.1000, I would lose Rs.3. When I called customer care and told them why are they charging surcharge and reversing it when they mentioned "No fuel surcharge", they said it was not true and said it is mentioned in terms and condition which they could never point me to. When I asked for details, they disconnected the call. This is the worst customer care service and very rude customer care.
