I have been using SBI signature credit card for past one year. I was keen to find out how others feel about the card. Surprised to see many people who are unhappy with the card.
I have good experience with the card. If used wisely, we would be able to extract maximum benefits out of it:
Multiple tie ups offering discounts at various online websites and other retails. It is common to find offer featuring extra discounts on usage of SBI cards.
Transparent process - Being a government bank, there are less chances of it levying hidden charges. Moreover, the processes are very transparent as well. Icing on the cake is, SBI would not charge’late payment fee’ for the first instance of late fee payment for the year if we convince them with a valid reason.
3.Reward points - Rewards points redemption is easy process and gifts are lucrative across a wide range of products.
- Responsive customer care - Agreed, it is not as good as the CS some other private bank, e.g. CitiBank. However, the customer service is responsive and take all efforts to clear any queries at the earliest.
I personally find it safe to use SBI card than any other private bank’s card.
