I have been with SBI for almost 4 years now. The credit card division of SBI is not up to mark. The credit charges are very high compared to ICICI and HDFC. I was not satisfied at all with the customer service. They seem to be too ignorant to the fact that payments should be instant and the charges should be balanced. The payment gateway crashes very often unlike the debit cards. Overall you will have to pay the same surcharge for a payment less than 1000. I used the card for a period of 8 months and as per my calculation, I was paying 50% more surcharges then my ICICI credit card.
I will not recommend any user to apply for this card.
