This is one of the worst credit card I have ever used. They offer you one scheme called Super Suraksha Insurance Scheme. They will call you first. Will ask whether you are getting your statements properly. If you say any problems to them, they will act as if they are really interested in solving your problem. They will talk politely and polishing. But thats where their cunningness comes in to play. They will slowly start their talk about the Insurance scheme.
If you even show a slight sign of listening to them, then they immediately hand over the phone to their immediate boss to take approval for the scheme. In the next two days your card will be debited for the premium amount. Thats all. You will never get any related document about the scheme. Thats where trouble starts. You have to start following with customer service. They will give you a toll free number which will never get connected. Then again you have to call.
They will give you Royal Sundaram Insurance telephone number, because they also have a super suraksha scheme and also have a link with SBI. You will never reach the proper person. If you ask customer service to hold the payment for the insurance or ask for a refund, they will definitely make you to call for another 4 to 6 times. By this time you will be frustrated and will close your card. This is my experience with this Government type organisation.
