I had a SBI card with all its poor service like bills came in after the due date etc etc.
After the card validity period of 2 years(valid till 03/07), I did not got a fresh new card from them, though my account was crystal clear, I thought it was a blessing in disguise.
Now suddenly, I have received a bill after a years my card expired, asking me to pay the yearly fee of Rs. 400 odd, for the card which I have never received.
I have duely taken up the matter with the customer service, they say that the card is delivered, the bill is still keep coming with kate charges etc etc.
I cannot connect the customer service by phone because my original date of birth does not matches with their record. I have email them mailed them but they are not taking any due action against this issue, they are more interested in showing a due amount due than settle the issue for which they are all responsibile.
