I m the sbi credit card holder.i had a bad expirienced with sbi credit card.i wil tell you.
i had a bill of 3500/- from sbi and i paid that by cheque of citibank on 9th of april 2007. I have called sbi cust serv but they are saying"the amount is not reflecting on there system"..afer this i have sended them bank certificate from citibank that indicates I have paid 3500/- to my sbi credit card.
But from last 4 months i dont know where is my 3500/-and i m recieving recovery calls from them.as they came to my place and collected 200/- from my mother who does’nt know anything about this at that time..and I have contacted head office in delhi they are telling me to visit delhi just for my credit card..they dont have sbi’s credit card brach in mumbai...
So I m thinking to go consumer court and file something against sbi credit card...As my rewiew on sbi card is bad..So plz do something and pass on this message to sbi card officers...And never take this card..
