SBI Credit card is a trap. This is unprofessional and unethical approach by them in terms of customer support.
Initially SBI make my card by stating that there will be no annual fee and credit limit will be of around 1lakh for the card. And what I got is with rs 499 of annual fee and limit of 17k. Wow! . I talked with customer care to cancel this card and they took my request.
Now, they already send me 3 bills in previous 3 months and I have to pay them annual fee to prevent my cibil score.
They are also not able to cancel EMIs on credit card if you returned any product which you bought on EMIs. The customer support people have limited sources and tools so, don’t expect better customer service from this trapping credit cards. This is most expensive card out of all available in market.
