Every month I’m facing problem with SBI credit card.. They used to charge extra and ask to pay and get return in next bills.. when I call to customer care they are clueless.. in the response they hold call for 5 mins then they hung up.
In current month they have charge full amount of the transaction 41528 INR .. even after 12 EMIs where requested by policy bahar as per the transaction model.
I tried to talk customer care.. but after listening pronlem they again same way hold my call for 5 mins then automatically dropped.
Completely bizarre and insulting.
