A lady called and introduced herself as calling from SBI itself and Offered me SBI Gold card, Interest rate is 1.75%, which will be in writing, no Anual Fees.etc, I accepted and recieved card withing 15 days . I Shocked to see it is not Gold card, and found all transaction chares 2.99%(not 1.75% as told ).
I called 24hrs customer support to find the reason, this time frustrated to reach help line, not able to connect to the line 39020202 (line busy) after many unsuccessfull attempts(after 45Min continuosly trying) i could able to connect immediately decided to deconnect my credit card based on their support.if 24hrs help line is not able to reach for 45 min then who the hell in SBI can help subscribers.
I called and infromed help desk to disconnect my card.she accepted and informed me about the letter I will be getting soon stating my card is discontinued. hopefully I wish my card is discontinued.
