I recently taken SBI credit card Its worst service they charging unnecessarily. It’s not at all good for what they doing customer service and no proper reason for putting interest charges. really I am thinking why I get this credit card from SBI
Compare to other banks SBI charges more.Even All the call centre executive are uneducated youngsters who will not understand whatever you tell them, I have had a bad experience so I will say please do not fall in trap of SBI cards
Finally the most worst thing when I call to customer care(02239020202) The minimum waiting period is 30 to 60 minutes. And the best part is after that someone comes up to wish you and after you explain the issue, the person simply hangs up the call!.
I would not recommend anyone to take credit card. It’s better to take ICICI bank credit card.
