When I was first contacted by the marketing people, I was told that the card (Gold and More) has many advantages over other cards. I was told that I will be getting a waiver on annual fee and there is no fuel surcharge on this card as I am a corporate customer. I was also told not to question the verification team regarding the annual fee as they do not know about the waiver I am entitled to.
Later I came to know that both these promises were false and I am not considered for any corporate benefits. The fuel surcharge waiver is also based on some conditions and even if I fuel up my scooter to the fullest, I am never going to be eligible for this waiver.
When I called up the customer care I was told that they can provide 2000 reward points in my account which can be en-cashed to waive off the annual fee.
Their customer care people seems to be helpful, though they will put you through too many long holds before addressing your query.
Contacting the customer care people is a nightmare. Their IVRS will test your patience to the limits before connecting you to their executives. you will have to listen to all the automated advertisements at your own cost until it gets connected to them after almost 5-10 mins. This is the worst IVRS I have seen so far.
