I have an sbi’s simply save credit card, it has the worst customer service no helping nature nothing, last month I checked my statement and it saying you have 400 deducted and when I went bank to investigate they said these were the late fees of credit card,
well my due date is 20th of every month but noo without any reconfirming or bill payment they’ll ping you and will deduct balance everyday until you will call them and beg them to stop,
and the worst part is their working hours, they work for 11 to 5 and sun off. so tough to call and ask them for help. worst service
