How can you decline a payment of Rs. 7, 090.00 to m/s Royal Sundaram Insurance Co. when available credit limit is Rs. 9, 189.017 ?
This is not the first time but N- th time. In our busy schedule we tend to forget to make credit card payment in time, but you are await’g to penalise instantly. Is there no check about the good track record one has ? Is there no ethics in your organisation ? I do not want to deal with you any more . Please cancel the card with immediate effect and collect the balance due from me.

I’m a recognized chartered engineer from Institution Of Engineers (Kolkata), Approved Valuer from The Institution of Valuers ( Delhi ), Panel Valuer on Income Tax, Structural Engineer etc. It’s a disgrace to me by your institution. I just do not deserve your credit card.
