Hello all: I was contacted by one of their executives in one of the petrol pumps who only took my last statement of another card and nothing else. He however promised me to provide a high credit limit and the card also came quiet quickly but the credit limit was disgusting. This fellow also disturbed me a lot for more prospective customers and in this discussion when I asked why my limit is so low he told me that you have to go on using it to get more. What a great excuse. Many times their telecallers disturb with their schemes or to convert the outstanding into EMI and I ask why I should get into this when I can pay my dues. Basically why most people use cards? So that they don’t have carry cash and can repay at one shot after a month. I think I am right. However this was one the best for railway ticket booking. Their call centres also could be quickly accessed. They have a good e-statement but now physically I did not receive any statement. It was the card which was the most easiest to procure. Only bad against the credit limit and min fuel transaction has to be Rs. 400 and cannot be used in any pump. Moreover they say that would not charge any annual fees but they will suddenly charge after one year but may reverse on requesting. The worst part was when I got transferred abroad and after several requests they cancelled my card but still went on giving bills with surcharges and for that also I had to email and email to get it stopped forever. Their cancellation procedure and its side effects are equally disgusting
