I have been billed annual fees Rs4999 and service tax for Sbi visa signature credit card and I have requested for cancellation of card,
And reversal of fees since I felt card is not attractive.state bank has very promptly blocked the card but refused to reverse charges.If bank has every reason to insist for charges from me then I have every reason to continue the card.Iam holding Sbi card for the last 15 Yrs and I have never defaulted in meeting my card dues.
Still if bank wants not to reverse the the annual fees for the reasons best known to them, why I should I pay fees for a blocked card which cannot be used.Iam frequently disturbed by bank’s recovery team for payment of dues which are not due from me and in fact bank is holding my amt being excess amt paid by me erroneously.k v Prabhalar rao
