By gods grace I have not faced much of the problem using SBI Credit card till today like others.
I am not happy with the way they are managing.
I have faced many time of not getting the Cerdit Card Statement in time. I used to get it after the due date or sometime did not receive at all. Due to which I ended up paying delay charges. Same thing happened to me this time too. The due date is on 09-Mar-07. When I spoke to Customer Care they agreed up on weavering the late me. Hoping that this will be reflected in my next month Statement.
The statement which they are generating does not have proper information. Usually the statement will contain:
a) Outstanding Balance
b) Purchase
c) Payments
d) Total Amount Due
e) Minimum Amount to be paid.
The Total Amount Due= Outstanding Balance+ Purchase - Payments.
But if you see the Statement Of Account, the figure never matches. If we have paid an excess amount it should be reflected. But in this statement, it is not reflected.
I am not sure whether this case is only with me or else any one else too facing this problem.
