If I had an option, I would have given a star rating of zero. I am writing this review in the hope that I will be saving somebody’s hard earned money.
Opening an account is quick and easy like any other demat service. The comedy circus begins from here on-wards. Their web interface sbicapsec.com is pathetic. Moreover it does not work half the time I want to make a transaction.
Though the transaction fees are less on Sbicapsec from others, it over compensates with loss in revenue resulting in untimely execution. For every question or support you have to write to help desk, and If you write to them don’t expect to get a response before a week.
All in all their service is very poor. I don’t understand who their manager is? Is he from this world or was he frozen in 1920 to re-appear now?
Stay away from Sbicapsec.
