I own a ford figo aspire and my dad has a ford ecosport and both have been brought from SC ford, malad. This is my experience when I had been there to book my car. The showroom is well maintained with good staff that can give info about the different cars that are on display. As soon as you enter they have a beautiful ford mustang at the right which is the center of attraction in the entire showroom. We were then taken to the desk where a female executive gave us all the info about the car and that bank formalities. The waiting period for the ford figo aspire at that time ( 1 year ago) was 1-2 months but since the color I wanted ( deep blue impact) was in transit and had been canceled by someone they promised me to give the car within 1-2 weeks and I got it within 2 weeks and was happy with it. The front office management was good. When we went to receive my new car they presented me with a flower bouquet, a small cake and a box chocolate which was very hospitable. Also the service they provide is great. I live in mira road which is around 12 kms from the showroom so I have a pickup and drop service for the serving of my car which they get it done on the same day. Once they receive the car for servicing they call if there are any specific problems you want to report or any special requests. The service is good and im happy with it.
