I will share my experience which is very negative one and shows how unprofessional the management staff is School of Success. Deepa the lady who is supposed to run the show there had my full trust to enrol my daughter and gave the fee without giving any bill at the first place to her husband.
she never gave me a receipt though I have requested her several time. promised to send through email but never bothered.
after collecting the fee failed and though asking her in person to give any orientation on the program she was doing, what was expected as parents to do any policy or so.
My daughter refused to go there since the first class but I kept trying to give opportunity and after the second class I informed her that we are withdrawing and if I can have my fee refunded.
Deepa, who has no rights to keep my hard earned money, once promised over the phone yes I will send someone to bring it home and than disappeared.
Reminding her on her promise she rudely ask me only give me your email address. Finally out of the blue she is telling me that we have a policy of one year credit note to chose other programme.
I am putting a police lodge as I can’t deal with un-ethical person.
Do not know what they are teaching to children.
