A very bad mix of mythology and fiction.

If you have read Trilogy - you will NOT find this read gripping. The story moves on loosely and at times seems Amish is trying too hard to fit in logic to mythology. Was disappointed but will still give a shot to the next volume before calling it a day.

The author seems to be more affected by whats happening currently in society and included it in the novel citing it as a way of life at that point of time. Ex is Nirbhaya rape case of delhi and a fellow acquitted because he was minor. The event was presented in novel citing as one of the event happened at that point of time. The novel is neither mythological nor fictional.

The book is not even closer to the last series from amish tripathi,

expecting the same thrill and enjoy as the shiva series from his book is waste of time energy and money,

problem is, writer tried to alter the story that we all know since our childhood,
