Scooby-dung!

This movie is a disgrace to the world of scooby doo!

When I was a kid, I watched scooby doo cartoons like it was a hobby. Scooby was my hero! But this movie has left a bad taste in my mouth, like I ate a scooby snack!

The cartoons had a greater sense of reality than the movie! Imagine! Soul stealing monsters and giant scrappy doo! Even in the cartoons, the villains were people disguised as beasts or ghosts. The movie is heavily exaggerated!

And scooby doo is supposed to be a kids show isn’t it????

Well the movie certainly isn’t. Although it may appeal to teenagers and perverts, ’’Ooh! I can look at myself naked!!!’’

isn’t a phrase that kids would like( If they understand it).

In the beginning, Scooby helps to capture a man desguised as a poltergeist. This part is typical of the SD cartoons. The villain is unmasked, and he says ’’..and I would have got away if it wasn’t for this mangy mutt...’’

So, another mystery solved by the team. But this is when the story begins. The bunch begins to quarrel and soon they split up, only to be reunited when the owner of a theme park (Played by Rowan Atkinson a.k.a. Mr. Bean) beckons them all individually to investigate a mystery at the park.

The fact is, every one who comes to the park, expecting to have a good time leaves the park without his/her soul. Their souls were ’’stolen’’ by these big, ugly monsters, which enter the guests’ bodies instead. so now the people have the souls of the monsters inside, and all the souls are stored in a large tub or something in the evil guys’ layer.

during the movie, Most of the cast members, except Scooby’s and Shaggy’s souls are stolen. And now it’s up to the two loonies to help their freinds. I feel that I shouldn’t reveal the climax. It is rather stupid, but you should watch it yourselves. Scrappy doo fans will be rather devastated.

The only thing I like about the movie is the cast. They found a bunch of loonies that looks exactly like the mystery crew in the cartoon. Especially Shaggy. Even his voice is exactly like Shaggy’s.

So, I would give this movie one star. I’m sure most people will agree with me. I you don’t, will you do it for a scooby snack???
