This company has been around for quite a long time and hence most things are done in an old fashion manner. Its not necessarily a bad thing, but could be better. Salary is quite decent. They give you what you deserve - some would even say more than what you deserve. The coworkers are really very nice and helpful. The leave policy could be loosened up a little.
