My father was admitted to this hospital with 40% cardiac function, based on a suggestion from another doctor. The initial plan was to perform an angiogram here and then move him to Narayana Hospital in Bangalore for further treatment.
However, what followed was one of the most distressing experiences weve ever had. Despite him walking and speaking normally upon arrival, he was immediately shifted to the ICU. From that point on, things spiraled downward. His regular medications were changed without proper explanation, and we were kept in the dark about critical decisions.
Student doctors handled his case with minimal supervision, and the senior staff, including the head nurse, were unapproachable and rude. Even the basic courtesy youd expect from support staff like ICU cleaners was missing.
Most shockingly, without any informed consent from our family, they placed him on an invasive ventilator and conducted X-ray. Within just two days of admission, we tragically lost him.
To make things worse, the hospital delayed issuing the death report, making us run around for two more days while we were already grieving.
Unless you have influence or strong connections, you might not receive the care and attention you deserve here. For us, it was a heartbreaking and irreparable loss. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
