Hi I am writing this review after a lot of healthy travel in the deadbird travels (they call sea bird). Each time me or my friends go in this bus there will be a halt for some repair mid way. And most of the drivers dont even carry a mobile and even of they do they ll not be knowing whom to call.
In my recent trip to gokarna with the DEADBIRD, there wasnt a cleaner and the driver is some what half mental (Coz he rarely understood what passengers speak) . The bus was ok till shimoga but the great driver who was driving didnt know that the back tire is punctured some 20 KMs back(guys for 20 kms he played with our lives).
See the pic of the tyre when a passenger alighted about the puncture, just see the state of the tire. And aft huge hepl frm one more deadbird driver driving to Bhatkal the puncture was fixed. Here come the twist again.After some 50 KMS from there the front brake lining starts its play. Then our great driver told that he cant drive faster then 30 kmph as we were already seeing fumes coming out of the front tire region.
The great driver and his dead bird bus took 14.5 hrs to reach gokarna instead of 9.5 hrs. Later a passenger went and asked in the dead bird office gokarna and I was astonished by the response. The guy thr said if u want u travel in sea bird or else go to VRL, we cant do anything he said.
So guys think before boarding this bus. Keep it as a last option.
