1.Basic security check was deliberately and intentionally avoided. No safety hammer present.
2.All electrical amenities was not working and we were told it is because of short-circuit.So we were travelling in a bus which had known issues.
3.The bus caught fire in middle of the night. Instead of getting an alternate bus, they were trying to repair the same bus.
4.Even though their office was nearby, they refused to co-operate or help passengers which many of them had women and kids. So, most of them were left in middle of the road and they were forced to manage on their own to reach the office.
4.They kept misleading passengers for around 7 hrs saying the bus will reach in 30-40 minutes.
5.There were no efforts to arrange for food or shelter at least for kids and women.
6.All the passengers were forced to make a police complaint.
7.The driver then threatens, if passenger complains then he might hit the bus somewhere.
8.Even when it was declared that the bus can’t be fixed until morning, they kept misguiding booking authorities that it was just a puncture and it will be fixed soon.
9.All customer care numbers, office numbers and even their Manager’s number were switched off during all this mishap.
10.Friends please beware of this kind of goonda and hooliganism. We were lucky we survived this horrific ordeal. They are repeated offenders and there is a police complaint against them.
