It is a shame these guys still remain in business. It makes no sense - they are possibly bad in every respect and still they manage to run a large fleet of buses. Look at all the negative reviews - if you think they happen once in a while (just like I was hoping things would be right this time), read on.
A group of Five were heading to Goa. I never travel with private companies. However, this time KSRTC was fully booked, so I managed to book with these guys. 2 days before my travel, I read reviews here on mouthshut. It was too late so I hoped we would get lucky this time. Unfortunately not. It was a day of bad weather. So we planned and left home a little early to get to pick up spot. 9:50pm was the scheduled departure time. We reached at 9:30pm. Guess what - the bus came at 12:00am (mid night). That is not the worst part - Neither the crew were apologetic nor the guys at the pick up location helped aged people/women/kids to sit down or find a place to sit at their office. There were lot of arguments from some customers - but I thought it was useless to argue with such people. They will only learn when they lose business (which I can’t understand why they don’t)
The bus was good - the only good part about the company (I am only talking about our bus both ways). It was a Volvo multi axle, looked decent. The driving was harsher though not dangerous. Our return travel was again 1 hour late for pick up location. The crew have to get training. They are horrible at dealing with people. If you love your family and especially have aged people/women/kids, please please do yourself a favor and do not travel with them.
