Seabird Tourists - Please wrap up ...Worst Of All

I had booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Mumbai on 16th June 2015. I had specifically booked seabird because they had service from Indiranagar as Pickup point and Sion in  Mumbai as drop point. Both these places are quite close to my residence and also these the travellers were Ladies hence this looked quite appealing.


I get a call on 16th June 2015 at 1:30 pm that pickup from Indiranagar is cancelled. I ask why, so he says the pickup van is under repair.I tell him not a valid reason to give.arrange another pickup.he said catch an auto and come to anandarao circle.I said fine reimburse me Rs 250 for auto fare from my place to ananda rao circle.he says no auto fare.no taxi fare.if you wanna come.then come by 6:30 pm or else forget it.your ticket will be cancelled.


These Idiots do not have any rights to stay in this business at all.you guys please wrap up.Not at all a trustworthy travels at all.I would have travelled to ananda rao circle on my own had he spoken properly.Your staff are another pain in the wrong place.


I have cancelled my ticket and took the entire money as refund from the travel agent who got me this ticket.there are many other decent operators whose buses travel with high degree of discipline and punctuality.


To all readers please please please do not use their services.I have burnt my fingers, please you people also refrain from them, .This is my one off experience with these guys and I am thankful that before the beginning of the trip I came to know their colors.had my family members be travelling with them then all other reviews that are written on this blog would have also proved to be correct.mentioned below to note a few:




  1. Bus stops at pimpri and passengers are transferred to another bus to mumbai which for sure will not be an A/c sleeper.




  2. The connecting bus provided from pimpri will not have enough seats to accommodate all the passengers.




  3. The punctuality of the bus departing and arriving at the location will always over hit the time mentioned by an average of 2 hours and more if the driver and the staff are lazy(Idiots)




  4. Not picking from the points promised and not dropping at the points promised.(My case) why the hell do you even mention them in your bookings when you can not oblige by it.Hell with you for this.




  5. Quality of the bus.the seats.cleanliness.behavior of the staff(No doubt sarcastically VERY GOOD) you will never get any passengers for this.






I hope I am able to save the discomfort that many others will face taking their services.
