Beware of Seabird Travels..Friends, I did a great mistake by booking online tickets from seabird.com which mainly runs a BLR-GOA and BLR-UDP bus service.
I booked 4 tickets to Goa Dec 2010 but had to cancel 2 of them and that’s where the story starts.....Whoever is planning to book online tickets via Seabird.com beware don’t buy it online if you are not sure about your journey.
Because if you cancel they’ll never give you cash refund you’ll only get voucher code which you can only use for seabird travels in future.
Bear in mind your cancelled ticket is already sold to someone on a higher price by seabird and your money is in their accounts.
Seabird tourist is a small time travel company which has got no services to other states. Which means you money is forfeited.
